The Nike Air Max 1 is undeniably the most iconic silhouette in the Air Max lineage for being the first shoe to incorporate a visible Air unit in the midsole. Up until now, the AM1 remains highly coveted in the sneaker community—whether it's an OG colourway or a co-branded version.
For its latest project, the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Noise Aqua brings in renowned Amsterdam-based streetwear and footwear retailer for a makeover. The masses are no stranger to collaborations between the two. In retrospect, their first-ever project was the Patta x Nike Air Max 90 Homegrown back in 2005, followed by a few more Air Max models and an Air Jordan 7 in 2019.
A blend of mesh, leather and suede crafts the upper in grey makeup, while the profile Swooshes, wavy mudguard panels, and prominent branding details sport a Noise Aqua tone. A complementary mini Swoosh logo embroidered on the lateral toes and an aged finish to the Air midsole unit underneath rounds off another stunning Patta x Nike partnership.
