Shipping policy
IN-STORE COLLECTION:
When available, we offer an in-store collection service for online purchases. Please note, you will receive communication via email or SMS when your order is ready for collection. In-store collections are only available during store hours and require ID and order confirmation upon order collection. Please mail support@story.capetown if you need any further information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We currently offer three different domestic shipping options, delivered to your door with our courier partner.
- Standard (2-4 Business days) at a flat-rate of R150
- Express (1-3 Business days) at a flat-rate of R250
- Overnight (Next Business day) at a flat-rate of R350
Shipping rates apply once your item has dispatched from our warehouse, depending on your location.
- Orders placed before 10am on weekdays will be dispatched the same day*
- Orders placed after 10am on weekdays will be dispatched the following business day.*
- Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the following business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We now offer Express International shipping with Fedex & UPS!
Import duties, taxes, and charges are included and due at checkout for your order.
International delivery on average is 3-6 working days, however it can take anywhere from 5-15 days to arrive with you, depending on the regulatory authority in your country.
Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorisation. Shipments go out Monday through Friday, not including public holidays
We do not accept international returns/exchanges. All SALES are FINAL.
All orders are shipped in protective shipping boxes or packaging to protect the contents of your order as best we can. Please note, we are not responsible for any damage while in transit.
*Please note, these are guidelines only and exclude public holidays, or delays out of our control. We will always strive to get you your items as soon as possible as we know the pain of waiting!
